Use of the platform itself is also governed by Connect One's Terms and Conditions.

Connect One may collect and process information provided by contacts who communicate through ZC Mayoristas S.A.'s WhatsApp Business channels, as well as by authorized staff who use the platform. This information may include, as applicable:

• Information related to quotes, orders, contracts, billing, delivery of products, or provision of services.
• Content of messages and files exchanged over WhatsApp, including images, documents, audio, video, and location (when provided by the user).

4. Commercial communications and the right to opt out

ZC Mayoristas S.A. may use its enabled communication channels, including WhatsApp Business, to send information about its products, services, promotions, updates, and business activities.

Data subjects may request at any time to stop receiving commercial or promotional communications, by writing to the same WhatsApp channel through which they receive them or by using the contact channels listed in this document. A request to opt out of commercial communications will not affect communications necessary to carry out a contractual relationship, respond to a request, comply with legal obligations, or manage previously contracted services.

5. Platform use restricted to ZC Mayoristas staff

ZC Mayoristas reserves the right to use Connect One exclusively for its authorized internal team (agents, supervisors, and administrators), as well as the right to grant or restrict access to the platform if the company's internal policies are not met. Access is authorized only through a username and password provided by the company, or by signing in with a corporate Google or Microsoft account enabled by ZC Mayoristas.

6. Security and confidentiality of information

ZC Mayoristas S.A. adopts reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect the information managed through Connect One and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse of data.

ZC Mayoristas S.A. does not sell or trade its contacts' personal data, messages, or files to third parties. Information may only be shared when necessary to provide the service, comply with contractual or legal obligations, respond to requests from competent authorities, or in other cases permitted by applicable law.

7. Messaging through WhatsApp Business (Meta)

Connect One sends and receives messages through the Official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). ZC Mayoristas' WhatsApp connection credentials are stored encrypted, and communications with the platform always travel over a secure connection (HTTPS/TLS).

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Connect One may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the platform's operation, security, and improvement. These technologies may be used to keep sessions active, manage authentication and security, remember certain user preferences, support the proper functioning of forms and services, and obtain technical or statistical information about platform usage, when applicable.

Users may manage certain cookies through their browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies may affect the proper functioning of some services.
